Wasatch Spring Skiing

A couple weeks ago we headed out to do some spring skiing in the Wasatch, parked at Brianhead and headed up way too late.  Dave kept making sarcastic jokes about how we were getting out so early and would be timing the snow perfect.  We had good intentions of waking up at five but we finally rolled out of bed at six and had a very late start.  We were wishing we would have camped at the trailhead the night before.  It was such a fun day, nobody else was out and helicopters were missing from the day which made it nice and quiet, we had some good turns and sat on a large rock to eat lunch afterwards.  We attempted seagull but I had hurt my back the day before lifting weights and we decided it would be better not to, I was so mad at my back.  I had wanted to ski that line since the start of the season, sigh!  Loved being able to spend the day with Dave, he was a good sport and went to IKEA with me afterwards, even walking through the showroom!
