9 Months Pregnant



I have to totally give my sister major kuddos for being such a good sport for a last minute maternity session and by last minute, I mean the day before she delivered.  I think she is one of the most beautiful pregnant girls I have ever seen.  I would like to know how I got the short end of the stick when beautiful hair was being handed out before this earth life! 
 
She made being pregnant look easy, it was hard for her during the hot summer months but she never complained.

Not too long after these pictures were taken this little cutie showed up, welcome to earth Scotlyn!



I was working in surgery the day my sister was started and was checking in and out throughout the long day, I think I was more nervous than she was.  Around 4 p.m. I was standing outside the door and could hear her crying inside.  And here is our new sweetheart, we love her so much and resembles her big brother quite a bit, she is already an easy baby, easy going and easy to get to smile and easy to please.  I can't wait for all the fun we'll have together and adventures we'll go on.

Grandpa Jennings showed up to congratulate mom and daughter.  I love how happy he looks in this picture, he always loves to interact with little kids and try to get them to smile.

I love this picture of these two another great grand daughter for grandpa.  I think he was a little excited and happy everything turned out so well.
