So you might be wondering why I would put pictures of furniture on this blog well I will tell you why because this is what I have been doing lately. It has sort of become an obsession and it's sick because there is an endless amount of old furniture out in the world and I have plenty of sponge brushes. I have a couple other projects I'm still working on, I have an addiction to glazing somebody help me, hopefully I will like how these pieces look for years to come because painting is tedious! to say the least. The buffet table was an ugly apple green when I got it at Taipan, so I changed it to match my cabinets. The red entertainment center used to be my mom's, thank you mom so much for hand me downs I love it now, just needs some cute handles though. Next up is my sewing room table, cedar chest and picture fram that I'm going to put fabric covered cork on.

Look at you! You have done an awesome job Chell! You need to come visit me in Gallup, and bring your paint brush and your husband. My kids and husband need your husband and I need you! I love everything you have done, I can't wait to get started on my projects. Oh, look at the pictures on my blog again and tell me what color you think I should paint my TV stand. I have started it in brown, but Im not sure Im lovin it. Thanks Ish, Love ya tons!

Did your mom know you were going to paint her old furniture? I received some furniture from my folks and I painted it black. I think it surprised my dad and mom. But, I like painted wood, instead of mismatched wood. You know.
I love the red paint on the entertainment center. What color is it? Where is it from? I might have to copy. :)
